| Joseph Povinelli, President |
| Joe Povinelli, oldest son of George, joined the
cutlery business full-time in 1988. Joe is a native of Buffalo,
NY and holds a Marketing degree from RIT.
Joe resides in South Charlotte with his wife Heidi and
two sons, Patrick and Joey.

| George "Geo" Povinelli, Vice President |
| After many years of assisting his father in the
cutlery business, George started a full-time career in 1961.
George is the son of two knife grinding families. The first
being Ann Maturi of New York, New York and Joseph Povinelli
of Western New York.
In 1993, George and son, Joe, founded Carolina Cutlery. George
resides in South Charlotte with his wife Peg.
